The project aims to implement an innovative integrated system that acts at three levels:
- Presence’s identification of any dangerous or suspicious substances in chemical products normally used in tannery;
- Risk assessment deriving from use of regulated chemicals (including SVHCs);
- Activation of necessary preventive measures for purposes of safety, for man and environment, with the aim of reducing risks associated with use of chemical products containing substances, which are defined as worrying for human health and environment.
In addition, the project also aims to reduce management costs deriving from use of potentially less harmful products, in parallel with expansion of markets and / or consolidation of current customer base, thanks to safety guarantees of items produced by tannery.
